Avante Construction executed a comprehensive renovation of Gallery One, a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project focused on the transformation of the hotel’s two-story common areas while maintaining full operational continuity throughout construction.
The renovation modernized the front desk, coffee bar, restaurant, indoor and outdoor bars, and lobby spaces, creating a warm, coastal-inspired atmosphere that reflects the property’s waterfront location. Careful coordination allowed all upgrades to be completed with minimal disruption to guests and hotel staff.

Originally built in 1986, the 256-unit condo hotel required a thoughtful balance between modernization and durability. Design inspiration was drawn from the surrounding waterfront, utilizing calming colors, contemporary coastal elements, and vibrant accent details.
Materials were selected for their aesthetic appeal, durability, and low maintenance performance in high-traffic hospitality environments. Framed artwork and curated furnishings reinforced the refreshed identity of the interiors.
